What you will do
- Guide buying clients from the first meeting to the deed
- Understand exactly what they are looking for and build the search strategy
- Reach both on-market and off-market opportunities
- Deal with agents, owners and investors
- Read the market and spot the good opportunities
- Arrange viewings and support decisions
- Negotiate and close deals
- Work with banks, lawyers and everyone else involved
The profile
- A strong commercial mindset
- Good communication, and ease with people
- Organisation and rigour
- Critical thinking
- Autonomy and ownership
- The will to earn, with no ceiling
Experience in the sector helps, but it is not required.
